1. About these terms
Ehtiyag (“Ehtiyag”, “we”, “us”, “our”) runs the website at ehtiyag.com. The operator is (company number ), . You can contact us at any time through our Contact page or by email at [email protected].
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to everyone who visits ehtiyag.com, plays our games or creates an account. By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Ehtiyag.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Responsible Play page.
2. Who can use Ehtiyag
Ehtiyag is only for adults who are 18 years of age or older and who live in the United Kingdom. By using the website you confirm that both of these are true. We may ask you to confirm your age, and we may suspend or close any account if we believe the user is under 18 or lives outside the UK.
You must not use Ehtiyag if doing so would be against the law where you are.
3. Free-to-play: no real money, no prizes
Ehtiyag is a free entertainment website. In particular:
- All games are free to play. There is nothing to buy and no way to pay us.
- Games are played with virtual coins that we give away for free. Virtual coins have no monetary value.
- Virtual coins, XP and levels cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, sold, transferred, traded or exchanged for money, goods, services or anything of value, on or off the website.
- There are no prizes of money or money's worth.
Because nothing can be paid in and nothing of value can be won, our games are not gambling. Success in a free game does not mean future success at real-money gambling.
4. Your account
You can play every game as a guest. If you create an account (with email and password, or with Google), you agree to:
- give accurate information and keep it up to date;
- keep your password private and not share your account;
- hold only one account;
- tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Your account details, coin balance, XP and level are stored on our server. Usernames must not be offensive, misleading or impersonate another person; we may change or remove a username that breaks this rule.
5. Virtual coins, bonuses and levels
New accounts receive free welcome coins. Signed-in players can collect a free daily bonus once every 24 hours and earn XP that moves them through ten levels. We may change the amount of coins, bonuses, XP and levels, or how they are earned, at any time.
Virtual coins and levels are a licence to use a feature of the website, not property. We may adjust balances to fix errors, and coins and levels end when an account is closed.
6. Our games
All games on Ehtiyag are our own original games, hosted on our own server and shown on the website inside an embedded game window. We try to keep every game available and working on modern browsers, but we can't promise that the website or any game will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. Results inside a game are for entertainment only.
7. Fair use
You must not:
- use bots, scripts, automated tools or exploits to play games or collect coins or XP;
- try to access other people's accounts, our server, or any part of the website that is not meant to be public;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer or redistribute our games, artwork or content;
- upload or send anything unlawful, harmful or abusive through our forms;
- do anything that interferes with the website or other players.
8. Intellectual property
The Ehtiyag name and logo, our games, artwork, text and website design belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to play and enjoy Ehtiyag for your own personal, non-commercial use.
9. Breaks, suspension and closure
You can ask us to pause, restrict or close your account at any time through Player Care, or delete it yourself from your account page. We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, if the user may be under 18 or outside the UK, or for security reasons.
10. Our responsibility to you
Ehtiyag is provided free of charge “as is”. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, as the website is free, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of virtual coins, XP or levels.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant we will make it clear on the website. Continuing to use Ehtiyag after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Law and complaints
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first — we'll do our best to put things right.
