You can read this guide without giving us any personal information. If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, chosen topic and message. Our server also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security.
How your message is handled
The contact form is processed on our own server — your details are not stored in your browser or shown on any page. Messages are sent to our team over an encrypted (TLS) email connection through our email delivery provider, Brevo, and a private record of each submission is kept in a server folder that is blocked from public access.
Why we use it
We use your details only to read and reply to your message and to protect the website from misuse (our legitimate interests). We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for up to 24 months; technical logs for up to 12 months.

The rankings link to games' official websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we don't control. Please read them before creating accounts there.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Contact us to use these rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
